Payment:
This will be made at the time of registration listed above. Please make cheques payable to Victoria - Esquimalt Lacrosse Association. You may pay in full or two cheques ( one half payment dated at the time of registration the other post-dated for March 31, 2009.) Also new for this season is a refundable jersey deposit post-dated for Augest 15, 2009. If we do not get your childs jersey back by this date we will be cashing your jersey deposit cheque.

- Medical Card
- Proof of residency
